Crown Princess Passengers Retain Traverse Legal - Amtrak Train Crash in Washington State

Has there been any updates or completed reports on the Crown Princess accident from last July. My wife, son & I were aboard and we won't soon forget it. I thought the NTSB would have come out with something by now? We read that a Junior Officer "made a mistake" and I've also heard that other bridge crew officers were fired as well? We haven't been cruising since.
Thanks in advance... Phil

Donna: No word yet although we have been working with the NTSB in providing information for their review. Clearly, a crew member made a mistake on the helm. The real question is why the boat listed over so severely. This may have been a ballast issue, an issue which we expect the coast guard will look into.

Does anyone have a definitive answer as to what caused the listing of the ship. How about the debree in the back of the ship?
