Good article. Don't you also want to consider that there is relatively little case law on LLC's when considering forming an LLC vs. forming a corporation?

Outsourced GC services - or general counsel services- are a great way for companies to get all the benefits of an in-house attorney without having to pay for a full time staff attorney.

GC services - or General Counsel Services - are offered by a variety of law firms. However, you need to find one that you can owrk with. Try the law firm and their lawyers out on a single project first. If they do well, consider them for GC services.
