Enom, the domain name registration company, has been stealing domain names from their own registrants. Enom has transferred its customer’s domains to its own control, claiming that they are infringing upon Enom’s trademark rights. Variations of “enom” are recorded by a computer software script, and later seized because they violate Enom’s nonexistent trademark enforcement rights.
