An Internet Lawyer’s Guide to Suing Myspace.com

Internet Law Update:  Being an internet lawyer allows me to work with a broad range of clients who have great ideas for internet websites, web applications and technology improvements.  The challenge is building those great internet ideas into companies, or approaching bigger companies with the idea. 

One woman claims to have had the idea to verify celebrities on Myspace and is suing News Corp for stealing and implementing her idea.  The lawsuit was initially dismissed against the internet company, but has been reinstated by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
