Google Sued Again For Allowing Third Parties to Use Trademarks as Part of Keyword Advertising

As reported at PCMAG.COM, the language-learning software provider, Rosetta Stone Inc, has filed a federal lawsuit against Google Inc. alleging trademark infringement for allowing third parties to use its trademarks in Google’s Adwords advertising program.
